Large fresh pods full of black flavorful cardamoms seeds. I grind the seeds very fine with a coffee grinder. Add a pinch to Turkish coffee or even cappuccino before brewing and you get a delicious, aromatic and digestive coffee. Not cheap, but worth the price... They also know that the very best pods will have plump, black, shiny seeds and we usually pick through pod after pod of withered, tan, dried out seeds to find a good one. That is not the case with this product as every pod I've used so far has been perfect. I eat the seeds straight out of the green pods and let them soften a little in my mouth before chewing them. I also use a mortar and pestle to grind the seeds and make tea. Known as the third most expensive spice in the world I personally think this price is fair for the amount of work someone did to give you only the best pods.
