I was hoping this would decrease the dryness on my scalp and skin and hopefully lessen the psoriasis flare ups. My skin feels the same level of dryness out of the shower as before and I've actually noticed my hair is drier and more frizzy than before using this. It may work for some depending on your water but it didn't work for me. On the plus side I found it very easy to install.
