Updated review- Artificial flavor??? And the bag arrived torn
My initial review for this was three stars. I upped it to five stars though. When I glanced at the ingredients, I thought it said artificial flavor, but what it says is that their flavored coffees have artificial flavor. This one is just straight decaf and actually taste really good. The other problem, which probably has nothing to do with the seller or manufacturer, is the way it was delivered. Amazon just delivered it as a bag of coffee with no outer wrapping so when I picked it up, the bag was ripped on the bottom and beans were coming out. If the seller has any control over Amazon, they definitely need to tell them to improve the packaging for shipment because once it gets thrown on the sidewalk for delivery, may not end well. Other than that, the product is great

Excellent taste, especially for a decaf.
I've tried a lot of whole bean decafs. This is the best. It is Swiss water processed, which is safer than chemically processed beans.

Great decaf coffee, and swiss process to reduce chems.
This is great tasting decaf coffee. It even smells good when grinding up and smells better when boiling. Better that the smell is the taste, which is smooth and enjoyable. The Swiss Water Decaf process is done to reduce the chemicals involved in making decaf coffee, so it's better and safer for consumption.

Try it, you won't be dissapointed.
Karen's husband review:I'm a single origin guy. I like bright Costa Rican and acidic, wine Ethiopian natural and honey processed coffees. I aeropress most of the coffee I drink, and use a pour over for bulk brewing. I have a professional grinder and use a digital scale and temp controlled kettle. I'm THAT kind of coffee snob. Having said that, this coffee is the only flavored coffee that I not only will drink, but look forward to its place in my rotation. What they have done here is magic. They took caramel, butterscotch and hazelnut (or is it walnut?) and tastefully infused a wonderfully medium roasted bean with a precise hand at the throttle. Drink it black, I do. And that's saying something as most flavored coffee is cheap harsh commodity grade stuff that needs cream and sugar to be tolerated. Then they offer it for a very reasonable price, and it's my understanding that they roast in batches, hense the occasional lulls in availability. I find 2lbs too much to get through in my 5-6 bean rotation in time, so I split the bag with someone, but if you like good quality and highly affordable flavored coffee, you've found all you might ever need. Gosh, it's good chilled over ice, too.I'm contemplating trying their other varieties as well. It's great stuff, if for some reason you don't like it, make a cup for a friend and ask if they want the bag. I guarantee there are not two people in any given area that both dislike this coffee. It's not possible.**EDIT 5-19-20**It’s still just as good! We have increased our consumption of this to where we can’t share the bag anymore. Also, don’t hesitate to try the Cow Tipper, I don’t know which I like more now vs the Mississippi Grog, but we find ourselves enjoying Verena street even a little more on weekends when we have time to enjoy coffee throughout the day. I send a ground pouch out to my mother and have got a couple friends to try and enjoy. There’s nothing like single origin beans, but don’t miss out on a well brewed cup of Verena St, with a good, well thought out flavor that is strong but not overwhelming. If for some reason you don’t like it, give it to another coffee drinker you know, I bet they will.

It's a nice cup of coffee
These Sunday Drive decaf beans have a nice oily shine to them and give a nice cup of coffee. I hesitated on ordering because of only one size option, but I figured the price was good. It was a good risk. It's hard to find good coffee and for me this is a good cup of coffee. The above part of my review was written sometime ago. This part is an update 2/7/25. I see there's another size option for this coffee. I also see the price has gone up.I was initially grinding this coffee to go through a k-cup. Even though it was a nice cup it was a little bitter. Now I do a semi fine course grind and use a French press giving a much better cup of coffee and no bitterness .

I have already re-ordered
The decaf has a smooth, rich flavor. No harshness. I do not have away to measure the acid level, but it doesn't bother my stomach.
