Babyproof your bi-fold doors with our Safety Innovations Bi-Fold Door Lock. This childproofing lock covers the hinged area of bi-fold doors to prevent them from opening. The door lock rests on the top edge of the door and slides back and forth over the hinged area to lock and unlock your bi-fold door. The Bi-Fold Door Lock comes with a special insert to adjust for all popular door sizes. This safety door lock comes with an easy-grip extension wand that attaches to the lock and allows shorter adults to operate the lock. It’s made from clear, unbreakable polycarbonate so it’s attractive, super strong and fits securely. Fits doors from 1 1/8" - 1 3/8" thick. Item exterior dimensions measure 7" long x 1 5/8" wide x 1 3/4" high. Inside dimension measures 1 3/8" wide.

A: Yes

A: the opening is 1-3/8" and your door is 2".  no, it will not fit.

**Q: My sons bedroom doors are bifold. Will this lock on the inside for him?**
A: This lock is designed to operate from one side of the door primarily, but in a pinch you could operate it from either side of the door.

**Q: My door is 1 1/2 in thick. Will it fit?**
A: Yes, I believe so!  If it is a bi-fold door 1 1/8 inch to 1 3/8 thick at the top it will be perfect.
