No. Is it as good as cosmetic surgery? I've never had any surgery, but I'm sure this isn't as effective as that. But does it give results? Absolutely. I have been using it on my neck, under my chin, that area. (I haven't used it much on my face, I have a lot of products I already use on my face and I don't like to overdo it.) I've been using it for about a year now. I didn't really pay a lot of attention, I just kept using it, until I had an empty container and then I had to decide if I should reorder. I took a good look at my neck, looked at my profile, comparing it to some old pictures from before I started using it, and there is a visible improvement. The banding (neck rings) is much less than before. The area under my chin and jaw is much firmer and there isn't much sag there. I am going to start using it on my face now, because I have jowls that really bother me and I am hoping to see at least some improvement. It's an inexpensive product, so that makes it even better. I have had zero problems with irritation. I don't really notice any obvious scent when using.
