A: It lasts at least a week at room temp. Also, the consistency is a bit chewy, so I prefer to eat it toasted. Hope this helps!

It is always shipped very fresh… I refrigerate my first loaf and freeze the rest… And you must do this because they are made of fresh ingredients and no preservatives....when the frozen loaf thaws out, it retains its superior quality. I love this bread, it's the very best low-carb low-calorie and well worth the cost for me. I love bread - all kinds of bread. However, I recently learned that I have a slight wheat allergy. Most gluten-free bread is tasteless and tough. This bread is tasteful and soft! I'm certain I could pass it off as regular bread to family and friends. It is expensive, but worth every dollar. And, it's low-carb and healthy to boot!
