**Q: Is there ANY nickel in this chain?**
A: Unfortunately I think there is nickel in this chain. I have a significant nickel allergy and had to stop wearing it after 1 work day. Not sure if it’s nickel plated or what, but it’s not nickel free.

**Q: Will it rust or turn color from sweat around the neck?**
A: It hasn't happened to me but I don't sweat a lot. I was worried that it would be unconfortable around the neck, but it's not ... it hasn't bothered me yet but I've only used it for 2 weeks

A: No there was no plastic holder

**Q: Is this magnetic?**
A: the description says it is breakaway.  Doesn't that mean magnetic?

This is a good product. It would be easier if it had a clasp to fasten as is is rather too long for the purpose I wanted. I use it for my personal alarm as it is more elegant than the cord. The only way I can shorten it is by knotting it. If it had a clasp it could be adjusted in length more easily.
