Review: works very well only use it in the loft. My only snag was instruction book says use 13amp plug fitted with a 13amp fuse in the battery charger, sop I opened the plug to find a 10amp fuse fitted, but because the hoist is only 500 watt I fitted a 3amp fuse. I went on the side of caution

It would be good if there was a template for hole to be drilled etc make it much easier for the installer I'm a retired foreman carpenter with an engineering honours degree and it was a difficult especially overhead work. I had to have holes in brackets elongated for slight millimetre differences.
