Even with ordering way smaller than recommended, the difference was not significant, so I can't imagine that the "correct" size would have made any difference at all! It has some effect, but not enough for me to buy these again. I recommend sizing down by at least one if you want to take a chance on these and would like to see even a slightly noticeable effect.
