That's a lot of money for a pair of undies !** A: Fairly well—would be better if they were high cut legs (not boy short) so waist would set higher and have a more tighter fit in crouch area. I rate them 5out of 10 **Q: Has anyone used these for a cystocele?’** A: Yes my diagnosis is cystocele, moderate to advanced. I wear these every day (not overnight). I create a bit more padding and support, by rolling up a light feminine pad. The way its constructed I can slide this padding in the crotch area. I only hang them to dry after washing and do not put them in a dryer. As long as this works so great, I plan to avoid surgery which would be the next step for me. **Q: If the fit isn't right, can this item be returned?** A: medium.. I returned mine. **Q: I'm a size 6. Would I get medium or large?** A: These sit very low on your hips (barely above my pubic area) and are very short in depth. I wear size 7 and I bought a large. I have been very pleased with this product. I've worn it a lot and have found that it is indeed very helpful in alleviating the discomfort of my stage 3 prolapsed bladder. I wear it mostly when I know I will be doing a lot of standing, bending and/or lifting. This support garment seems very well designed. Once I got the hang of tightening the waist cord to adjust the support bands, it was just what I'd hoped for. I am considering getting a second brief because this one has worked out so well. I did purchase a sized larger than the measurement guide suggested and it was a good call. It fits well but not overly snug. I am very happy with this purchase! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Best option for pelvic support *by A***. on Reviewed in the United States on October 29, 2024* I bought these after pelvic organ prolapse surgery when my pelvic floor muscles were still in need of strengthening. If I am on my feet all day I have tremendous pressure and muscle spasms in my pelvic floor that put me completely out of commission for a couple days or so. I was skeptical at first that these would help at all but let me tell you, it helps. They’re supposed to fit snug and as soon as I put them on my pelvic organs didn’t feel as heavy! I went to an orchard on a mountain and was on my feet for several hours, and while I was sore afterwards it was much better than I had experienced previously. I did at one point use the gusset pocket as suggested for a reusable pad insert and that worked well. They were very easy to wash and dry which was a must for me because bladder leaks always make undergarments stinky. The only complaints I have is that they get hot under jeans and if I wear them all day I’m sometimes a little sore where the top of them hits on me. Both of those I believe can’t be helped because a more breathable fabric would make them less sturdy and they wouldn’t work for support if they weren’t tight. The waistband rolled not made well, elastic has a chance to twist. Really liked the thought, the looked of the product. As isaid before I do not have a perfect body, my pain is in the pubic bone hip area. If it had been sl tighter it would have been useful.
