This is the powder/toothpaste that you use with the Miswak wood teeth cleaners. The taste is fresh tasting. This stuff cleans your teeth And it whiten your teeth as well. But there's no sensitivity because that something I have a real problem with. And if my teeth reacted to this I would absolutely say so.
