I suffered pretty bad neck/shoulder pain, and would toss and turn all night. I hate super hard/stiff pillows, but soft ones often didn’t give enough support. This is on the softer side, but with the right support to keep my pain away. Ever since I’ve had it I’ve slept all through the night, every night, and woken up refreshed. It's comfortable for front and side sleeping. I have slept on my back with it ans found it comfortable but I generally like lower pillows anyway so someone who sleeps on their back may want a little bit more cushion. It's cradles your head in all the right places regardless of how you lie.
