It is from China. I loved it to begin with. But where I have used it my scalp has become almost bald!!! Coincidence??? It is the consistency of eye shadow. It has been fine in humidity. I don't really have an answer regarding sweat on my head. The product lasts between hair washings. The color is a little bit darker than I thought it would be, but it covers well and comes out in washing. Compared to the touch up sprays, this power doesn't change the texture of my hair. I like that this is very temporary/ it last all day and washes out easily. The applicator is a little spongy knob that is magnetically attached to the base. The top of the little pot is easy to open. I have had this stuff for about 4 months now and I use it every day for two weeks prior to a fresh dye job.
