This book is well written and extremely beautiful. Just having the instructions on how to cook west African soup, along with the kind of starches and how to make it left me delighted. This is a wonderful gift and guide for anyone that likes to cook or eat.

Loving the book thus far! I really appreciate the ingredient description in the front of the book it has wonderful insights. I'm also an avid book collector who is very particular about my books. The look and feel of the book are quality. Being classicly trained I've researched many cuisines and have recently started diving more into foods of the African continent.
