If you write to them, they will only offer you a discount on another knife.In general, think for yourself, the spring can break at any time and you can throw the knife away. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Blade Steel, nice looking, painful thumb stud *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on January 22, 2023* Just picked up one of these because of the looks and the D2 blade. Not the most expensive knife I've ever owned but decent value for the money. The blade comes extremely sharp, holds an edge well and sharpens back up nicely.The thumb stud on the knife is plastic (gotta cut a couple corners to get the price down) and looks cool but functionally is very sub-optimal. Flick the knife open a couple of dozen times and the semi-pointy thumb stud starts feeling like it is digging into your thumb (probably because it is digging into your thumb) and after a day of this I was cursing the damn thing.Fortunately, the thumb stud can be removed, and I ended up replacing it with a flatter metal thumb stud from one of my other knives, problem solved.
