I purchased the 3XL version of this. I have to say it is too small for me. Not by much however. The sleeves are tight around the bicep and my arms are not that big, so if you are muscled out this isn't for you. My belly was too big for the zipper to stay up and when I zipped it up it opened with speed and broke. If I was 6' it would probably fit a lot better. The shoulders and the crotch are snug at 6'2". Since it was damaged by me I didn't feel I could return it. So I made some modifications and it serves me for what I wanted it for initially. I wanted to have some heat therapy for my hip while I slept. And it provides that. So basically it is small for a 6'2" 350 lbs human.
