Instead it smeared it around and gave me panda eyes! I tried to use a micellar water to see if the gel had at least helped to dissolve the waterproof make up, thinking 'perhaps I didn't rinse my face well enough so the micellar water may wipe the extracts away', but sadly not.Very disappointed.
