This is a good quality "histaminum hydrochloricum," used to treat allergies and it seems to be effective. I'm using it to help treat seasonal allergies in my dogs, simply because IN MY OPINION, homeopathic medicines are much gentler on the body than typical allopathic medicines (pharmaceutical prescriptions) and over-the-counter antihistamines (like Benadryl, Claritin, etc.).It helps to understand a little about homeopathy before you venture into self-treatment, but there are, fortunately, a number of very accessible books available from Amazon that can teach you more. In a nutshell, homeopathy is based on older medical theory that supposedly beckons back to time of Paracelsus.
