The adhesive is STRONG, almost too strong. Taking this off hurt a TON. I needed to use this on my side, and it stuck amazing no matter what movements I was making, but I needed to douse the thing in water to take it off. Even with the water, the adhesive stuck extremely well. My main downside is the red marks this left. Since I had to borderline rip the bandage off, the adhesive left a large red square on my side.
