Only when I had mixed it with hot water as a cereal and tasted it did I realise it tasted acrid and really foul. It gave off a terrible smell but the sell by date is not until July 24. It also states on the bag that it is human food?? Also on the bag NOR FOR EXPORT, so I am wondering if this is safe for sale. I disposed of what was left as I would not trust it, given what I read about poor Cassava having cyanide in it. I see one other person was ill.
