Review: Excellent quality, thicker cookie - I have tried several brands of maple cookies. These Canada True Premium Maple Cookies are my favorite, by far. They are bigger, more ... robust cookies. Where other brands have a little bit of maple cream filling between the two cookies, these Canada True Premium cookies are closer to Double Stuffed Oreos: a generous, thick amount of maple cream. The maple cream itself is better than other brands'. Others are sort of a maple-flavored sugar spread. Canada True's is creamy, not just sugary-grainy, and it has tiny flecks of something, not sure what, that give it a delightful, gourmet texture. The cookies themselves are better, too. Again, Canada True's are just ... premium. They are thicker, not just sugar-cookie dough cookies. They are almost like a butter/shortbread cookie. These are really great, IMO. I'm really glad I found them.

These are the best maple cookies I have ever eaten. The filling is soft, delicious, and thick- they did not skimp on the amount of filling. The cookie part itself is crunchy and “mapley” And since there is no chocolate, I can share with my best friend- who has 4 legs and a wagging tail!
