The pan itself looks beautiful and is well designed. The first few times I used it there was rainbow effect left after cooking but this is normal and happens if you have it on too high a heat although I’ve never had it on high as medium heat is the best setting for most cooking as the pan gets very hot. However, this colouration is easily removed by using white finger and water. Have used it several times a week since and it's still a pleasure to use. Great for sauteing - obviously - but I also use it for pasta sauces, risottos etc. Never had sticking or burning. Keeps food warm for ages after you take it off the heat - very handy if juggling multiple pans. The quality adds so much to my enjoyment of cooking (and eating) that I've now got another four pans in the range, including the uncoated frying pan. If you enjoy cooking, consider this item.
