Had a week long hospital stay and came home misreable. On top of everything I was suffering shooting / lighting like feelings to my spine , due to bad sciatica pain on top of pain from the epidural injection site . I put this binder on and instantly the pain went away . It made me feel so much better . I hadn't slept in two nights straight with a 6 day old and was on the verge of feeling like I was dying . I slept in this the first night (not recommended ) but after two sleepless nights I was able to sleep because I wore the binder that night . I have since not had any shooting pains in my spine even when the binder is removed .
