My husband can get very stressed out over things, and have panic attacks. I got this spray hoping it would work. And it works everytime. The hard part is to get him to actually put it into his mouth, or even find the bottle, or recognize that he is stressed. Once he takes it, he calms down. I notice, but he usually doesnt notice. It would be nice to put it on a chain around his neck so he can always find it when he needs it.

Makes my daughter cough like crazy. There must be something in it that she is allergic to. I don't have any reaction to it. No sure if I feel any stress relief from it. Will update my review upon further use.
