Only when park power drops below 113 volts will it begin to boost. The 113 volts will go up to 123, or 10 percent. If park power were to drop to 104 volts, most people in the park would go dark as their EMS surge protectors would shut them down. You wouldn't yet know there's an issue in the park because you would be at 114 volts. As the volts come back up (people turn off appliances) your Autoformer would stop boosting at 115 volts. So starts boosting at 113 and stops at 115. This also increases the heat that is generated and puts an extra burden on your systems. If you're farther away at the campsite from where the power comes into the park, your voltage can be lower. If there are a lot of other RVers all using big appliances (AC units), voltage will be lower. If your shore cable is too thin (not the right gauge) or too long you can also have voltage drop.
