It's been over 10 years since I last stripped & refinished it, so the old stain had become very hard & difficult to remove. I had never heard of the Woodrich brand, but it had decent reviews, so I decided to give it a go. Initially, I ordered the mild version of the stripper. It did not make a dent in that old stain. Nada. I had to start over with something different.Despite some serious doubts, I ordered the heavy duty version of the Woodrich product. Eureka! It did a great job. Had to do a few small spots a second time, but the results are terrific. I can highly recommend the heavy duty product, and i suggest not even bothering with the mild version.
