Which oart of description is truthful???** A: According to the tag on the shorts it states 95% cotton and 5% spandex. My opinion is that these shorts are more spandex than cotton. The shorts breathe so much better than cotton shorts and allow my daughters to be more comfortable with these shorts under dresses. The material is very thin and not like usual cotton shorts. The shorts are very elastic and more like very thin, breathable spandex for kids than just regular shorts.
