Although harmless, its symptoms — skin that's red, warm, and itchy — can be uncomfortable.I don’t mind these symptoms. Mine are mild, but what did alarm me is that these symptoms did not manifest until after taking this vitamin for a little over a month. Normally I get these symptoms immediately when starting a new vitamin that contains niacin so I thought I was having an allergic reaction (I wasn’t). Now I get these symptoms almost every time I take the vitamin, but they only last for around 10-15 minutes before subsiding.I want to make it clear that this is not a complaint. Like I said I don’t mind the symptoms. I just wanted to write this review so others will be in the know. I absolutely love this product. Wow! after two days without these vitamins I was exhausted by 4 pm everyday (I have 3 kids under 9). By day five without these vitamins, I just knew I had to reorder.
