How Clear is it? Does it have a frosted look?** A: It does not have adhesive, however, depending where do you want to install it you may be able to use water and soap, mix it and spray on a clean surface like a window. I actually did not install this on a window the firt time around I install it on a acrylic sheet and the second time around I use a roll of clear vinyl-the one you use to cover tables, chairs, etc.- by laying it flat on a smooth surface like a vinyl floor, I spray the vinyl sheet with water-soap, then I applied this using a squeegee to smooth it out and get some bubbles out, then I hang it with some Waugh attach to it and it work just fine.
