What I do is lay out my yoga mat, place the 4KOR Fireball on the yoga mat (SEE PICTURES), and then I carefully lay back where the 4KOR Fireball is rolling / rotating and massaging across my entire lower back area and I switch the Fireball to work on both hips areas where I also have pain. MAN! LET ME TELL YOU! THIS FIREBALL REALLY, REALLY WORKS!!! It massages the lower back and hips. YEP, there's PAIN, but that's the Fireball working out the tenseness I am feeling, thus the pain.
