The material feels like you are wearing a scuba suit. It’s a bit hard to put on and for me it doesn’t feel like it sits comfortably on the back of the pants. For reference I am a size 22 in jeans and I ordered the largest size available. Because the material is scuba like, I hear a swish every time I move. While I was working out, the material felt very stiff, and while not prohibitive it wasn’t very comfortable. I’ve worked out twice so far, one session of strength training and one dance class and I did sweat a lot when I removed them though so I’ll use these to workout in the privacy of my own house where I can make all the swishing noises I want. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent product and company *by B***Y on Reviewed in the United States on 30 June 2017* To start, I bought two bottoms and one top. One bottom for my daughter and one set for myself. My daughter wears small. I ordered the small and it fits her. Since I purchased, she wears it everyday. For two weeks, she was happy telling me that she lost one inch of her waistline! For my self, I bought XL for the bottom and Medium for the top. I wear Medium or size 8-10. Because of the reviews, saying it run small, I asked the opinion of the company. The company advices XL. The bottom is loose and the top fit tight. The top, I can work with it because I want it fitted. My purpose is to loose inches and fitted would help it. The bottom, I bought it XL as what I was advised by the company. My measurement for the waist is 30 and hips 43. When it arrive, I complained and asked for a refund, the company was really nice to tell me that they will send a replacement without charge and I can keep the XL or I don't need to send it back. The replacement was shipped fast. I am giving this review because I am very satisfied with the company. For the product, for myself, the replacement I have chosen was the medium. I was skeptical that it might be too tight for me, but it was not. It fitted perfect! I am wearing during my work out, and I am sweating more than not wearing it. As my daughter told me to try to wear everyday, well....you will be amazed what the result would be! For me, I have worn it for two days, and I felt my stomach flatten a little bit. I am planning to wear it for my whole vacation. That will be 2 weeks of wearing it, and I am very excited to see the results. For the reviews I have read that it was noisy. For me, it is not that noisy. It is just a normal sound that you could hear and it does not bother me. I have worn the top and bottom under my clothing and fitted really good. I sweat and the rubber absorbed it. It doesn't give sweaty smell. Also, from the reviews it was said that it has a rubber smell. Yes, I agree but it doesn't really give out a smell unless you will be sniffing on it. After one washed the smell went out. After my vacation, I am planning to buy more, so I can wear it everyday. I use them while working out and I quickly and pouring sweat. Even though they are making you sweat so much, they don't make you feel hot or overheated. The inside gets soaked but the outside stays completely dry. They do have a smell when you first get them but that went away after a couple uses. I measured myself and used the sizing chart that is in the product photo. It was a perfect fit. I was worried about sizing because of all the reviews but I think people didn't use the size chart that's in the product photos and that's why they had issues. Don't use the Amazon size chart, use the one that's in the photos of the pants. These are meant to help you sweat more when working out and they do! You aren't going to lose 20lbs by putting these on and sitting on the couch. Yes you will sweat a bit but nothing major. You need to be physical, this is an aid to your workout not magical fat sucking pants. I don't mean to sound rude but after reading some of the comments I feel this needs to be pointed out. It's not fair to give the pants a bad review because you wore them while sitting around and didn't lose a bunch of weight. They are kinda like a scuba suit fabric so I personally wouldn't wear them all day under my regular clothes.
