They also fit me better than most other manufacturers brands. I was looking for a pair of comfortable sneakers with good support since I started working out in a gym a month ago. The concrete floors & machines can be hard on your feet if you are really working out. My current pair was adequate but were old & beat up. I went to a shoe store looking for just the right pair of sneakers. Found these & tried them on. It was love at first fit. The memory soles were like walking on cushions & the gel soles made walking or bouncing very easy & comfortable. I really wanted them but, the price was very high. I decided to think about it & if I really wanted them would come back the next day to buy them. Something made me look on Amazon's website late that night when I couldn't sleep.Found them & read the reviews. Everyone seemed to like them but, everyone's needs or feet are different. I decided to order them & they were actually $20 less expensive than the shoe outlet I had gone to. Amazon also had free shipping. Ordered them & they were delivered within a week. went to gym the next day & there was no breaking in period. Worked out for 2 solid hard hours. Could have worn them the whole day. The combination of the memory foam which seemed to snug my feet in a wonderful, cocoon like way & the gel soles were fabulous to wear. Hope they last a long time but,if they don't I would order again! This is her 2nd pair of Skecher's Sports. She bought this identical shoe last year and loves the added memory foam comfort, along with being true to her size 7. They're a great for her daily walking schedule, along with being her "go-to" gym shoe. The sole provides great traction on wet pavement and she has yet to experience blisters from wearing them. She wears them with a lightweight low profile sock to help prevent blistering and feet sweating. The memory foam's expansion compensates for wearing socks. They're not waterproof, but very water-resistant. If they do get wet, air drying is almost instant. These sneakers require minimal break-in and the original pair is just starting to show fabric wear, after a year's almost daily use. ### ⭐ SLIPPERY WHEN WET *by G***A on Reviewed in the United States on March 11, 2016* SLIP AND FALL TWICE! Who ever heard of slippery sneakers?!? I found a few other reviewers saying the same thing about them being slippery. My first fall I fell right on my tailbone in a restaurant. Second time walking on tile, I ended up in a Russian split! If you're only ever on concrete, blacktop or carpet the traction is fine.
