Polanfo 20000M Power Bank 12000mAh External Battery for Smartphone & Tablets(Silver)

This charger is very sturdy and the material is definitely high in quality. It also helps that there's a display to show much power you have left before needing to recharge the battery pack. I've been able to charge my TI-Nspire calculator and my iPhone a few times(2-3) before it went down to 60%. In addition, it comes fully pre-charged which is great because it's ready to use.However, the battery itself won't charge properly anymore. After 10 minutes of being plugged in the display goes out and it stops charging altogether. I've tried unplugging and re-plugging everything but it doesn't work. Not sure if mine is defective or not, but I probably won't be able to use it anymore once it completely runs out and I've only had it for about two weeks.Edit: Customer service reached out to me and offered to replace the power bank, they also offered a few suggestions in trying to fix my issue. I changed the cord I was using to charge the device and it worked perfectly. The power bank charges my devices just fine now.

I bought this as a deal of the day...supposed to be $15.99 but I was charged $18.99. Still a good price though, so I didn't complain. I will soon be using this to see how it works on my phone, but I expect to be able to charge it 4 times. It's light, and thin compared to the RavPower 10000mAh battery I am also happy with. The LED is bright and always on when plugged in. I like that it shows the battery charge as a percentage instead of a 4-LED graph, The case is metal ( aluminum?) and is a gold color. The color doesn't matter to me, as long as it works. So far so good.

Excellent for extending the life of your devices away from an outlet. Will keep a small tablet going all day long while doing online stuff, 8-12 hours for me at least and will vary via usage and device, was also charging my phone to full once while using it like formerly mentioned. Would be five stars but the USB ports are not very rugged. You drop it while it has a cable attached and you will probably kiss one or both ports goodbye. Happened to me, dropped the power bank/pack and the 2.1 Amp no longer works without some serious physical manipulation and constant pressure holding the USB cable in place just right. Aside from that excellent product.

This a very nice battery bank. I got it for my kid but she never used it so I started using it. Wow, it has a lightening speed charge and a regular speed and the lightening speed does just that! This power bank holds a charge for over a week without use and even after I used it, there was still a lot of power left. I like the lighted number feature that lets you know the charging status as well as how much power is left. It has an on/off button as well. Some of the other name brand ones we have neither the lighted numbers nor the on/off button. The slim design also feels good in the hand, it slips right into the spaces in my bag designed for a phone. Worth every penny.

Good product. The model name is misleading. I didn't look closely enough at the product description and thought the power bank was a 20000 mAh battery, only to discover that it's really only a 12000 mAh battery.However, that's my only complaint. Everything else seems like it's of good quality. I like the readout for the remaining power percentage. Good product overall. I'd recommend changing the model name.

I had bought one of these before but it stopped working when I dropped it in my beverage so I bought another one. They must have changed the firmware on this device or did something because this one was better than the first one I bought. Drained it completely and charged it to 100% and it took over 11,000mAh but not 12,000... but considering, that's pretty good.

This is a great little power bank. It holds more power than some of the older, larger, power supplies I have had. It is a very attractive device and compact enough for a purse, brief case, or backpack. It charges my iPhone quickly, and lasts through several charges. I really like it.

No instructions at all. This product makes me nervous, with all the news stories about these things catching fire. I gave it to a "tech guy" friend as a gift, who was okay with it.
