Spectape555H136 Double-Faced Adhesive Tape, 36 yds Length x 1" Width

The only turners tape I use! It's thin, but STRONG! I turn coasters which are attached to a wood block. The blocks are Pine and the coasters are walnut.After placing the Tape on the block, I center and place the Walnut and gently place it, then place it on the lathe. I bring up the tail stock and leave it in place for about 1 minute to let the tape seal.Then, I remove the tailstock and turn. I've never had a coaster fly off, but, I havent had a serious catch either🙂I've tried several other methods from hot glue, or CA glue and they all have problems. This is easy to clean up and holds super strong.

Strong hold. This is great for woodturning and temporary work holding.

Good double sided tape. Nice and thin. There is no foam inside. Just what I needed. Used it to attach my drawer slides. See UMWH review. Time will tell just how good it is.

This tape is much thinner than the double-faced foam tape you find in the hardware store. It is also cloth based rather than paper and i assume much stronger than paper based. I use it to attach drawer fronts to the drawer box while adjusting them prior to screwing them down. For this purpose, the thinner tape is far better. I have to say that this is not cheap, but it is a huge roll and it works well - I suppose i can sell the remaining 35.8 yards here...

Does not age well. Very easy to use.

Love this double sided tape, I use it to hold down wood on wood, plastic on wood. Basically use it with my templates then I run them through the router table. Very strong.
