I am a pitcher for my high school and this spray helped me through a few tough situations during the season in which i needed a bit of relief. once sprayed and you have waited a minute or two you will feel a cooling sensation which allowed me to loosen my upper back somewhat. I'm still not quite sure that it did not just take my mind off of the pain for a while as my muscles loosened, but either way this spray worked well for me and my muscles.

Blew out a tendon in my upper right chest area ... this product was great not only for the pain, but also the feeling of coldness from the menthol helped the heat from the inflamation. Actually, I found it a little too strong, and had to cut it with water to use comfortably.Now I use it for any aches and pains that I get when doing strenuous work on home improvement projects (like scrapping up old linolium). When you're over 60 hard physical work tends to give you lots of aches and pain ;-). Works on muscle pain just great, better than taking ibuprofen or tylenol.
