(Without adding a heating disk between the cooktop and pan.)** A: Since people have mixed results with different cooktops, I wanted to note that it works great with a GE Profile induction range (PHS930) **Q: Is this pan made in France?** A: I called the T-Fal customer service number 1/3/14 at 1pm Eastern and they said Group SEB, the company's headquarters is in France, but the Professional cookware line is manufactured in China. Please be aware, Group SEB also owns Air Bake, Mirro, WearEver and All Clad so production of all items in these brands may be changing their original point of manufacture.
