**Q: Do i just need to adjust pressure of i want to use 40/60 psi?**
A: yes

**Q: I have a flexlite fl17. Is it much of an effort to replace it with this tank?**
A: not sure. this tank has a quick clip you pull it up and out move the tank out and put in a new one 5 min top.   if you don't have a quick clip this tank will have both sides.

**Q: Is it mandatory to install a pressure gauge on this tank?**
A: Not on the tank necessarily, on the line that leads to and from the tank could be beneficial, in my opinion.

**Q: How many gallons actually held at 30 psi? is bladder replaceable? (previously asked. one seller says yes, one says no.**
A: yes bladder replaceable.  At 30 psi, the tank holds 0 gallons, if the bladder pressure is set at 30 psi.  At 60 psi, the tank would hold approximately 14 gallons, if the bladder pressure was set at 30 psi...make sense?

Easy peasy. Set the bladder pressure 2 pounds lower than the lowest system pressure (the pressure at which the pump kicks in). When the bladder fails, instead of replacing the whole tank you can pull the failed bladder out and replace it without having to replace the whole tank, if I understand correctly.Usually the big pain is to empty the old tank (with a compromised bladder) of water to allow it to be carried by humans. Water is heavy.

purchased 11 of 2000 and for the last 8 months water has been seeping from the top (at the point that you air up the bladder) so I am thinking the bladder is compromised also.
