(Update after some use)I had to knock off stars since they began failing after only a few uses - one keeps turning off by itself, and the other started having erratic response to the button press. Like when I press it once while it's on, it is supposed to flicker but it sometimes just shuts off. It may be due to low battery (which still is disappointing considering I've only used them for a few hours total) so I'll buy some batteries and give them a try again, but if that doesn't work, they are probably going back.(Original review)Bought this to mainly put it on my toddler so we won't lose her in a typical summer/autumn festivals and outdoor concerts etc. Bought green which was nice and neutral, and it did stay on her skinny wrist while running around. We also put it on our stroller handle when she's sitting there which gives a great visibility in the carpark, etc too. Basically you can wrap it around anything such as bike handles and bags and such. Would buy it again.

I got these for our kids (1 for each kid) to keep them entertained. They are great, except that one broke the 2nd day we had it.Like usual, I inspect items that break. The failure was the battery holder separated from the circuit board. Luckily I have the tools to desolder and resolder the board to reattach the battery holder. It has worked fine since then.(I know, I could have returned it... but its quicker to fix it sometimes)Maybe they should call these "LED Be-Gentle Bands" rather than slap bands. So be careful... if you actually "slap" it onto your arm you may break it.

These are very visible, classy looking, and are much quicker to put on than the velcro ones I have tried in the past. I use them slapped around my arms even when wearing winter coats at night, and around my ankles when cycling, where they also work well to hold my pants legs tight and away from the chain. They came with a nice, fitted nylon tie bag. Also, the company has great customer service and communication by email. I bought the green ones.

This slap band is not as flexible as other brands of slap bands. I have to manually bend the band to ensure it goes all the way around my wrist. Additionally, the glow feature is not uniform or as bright as indicated by the advertisement.The Bands do work and the flashing feature is very handy to make myself visible to traffic

These are perfect for night running. I bought them because I wanted to be seen, and they get the job done. They're not uncomfortable or invasive in any way. They don't slide around on my wrists, and I generally forget they're on me about 3 minutes into the run. 4 stars only because a charging option would have been nice, but you can't have it all.Update: 3 months later one of these has completely died after ~5 uses.

I really like these orange bands. Used about 5 times in last month; they still glow nicely. I've used them around town and it's nice at intersections letting cars know which way I'm going. You can replace the battery, the mechanism is sewn in but accessible. If there's a weakness; it may be water. I don't ride in pouring rain or through rivers, but the battery is visible under the nylon. My sweat doesn't seem to bother it, so it will probably be fine. Would reccomend for all ages and for so many uses.

they are only semi bright on the ends - the middle of the bands are not bright at all. I wanted to return but where was a $5 return shipping fee so I just kept them. not good for outdoor use where you need safety as they are not bright enough for motorists to see you.
