They are somewhat like the premium paper from Hallmark but they take a crease better and are a bit more cloth-like. Also, if you are doing something fancy and you fold in the wrong place you can smooth it out and re-fold without tearing the paper. I have wrapped several gifts with this paper and I really like it.
