There are nearly identical benches available that are several inches wider and about 12 lbs heavier. That's because they are a combination of cast iron and aluminum. The cast iron can rust and sometimes the casting is off and the parts don't go together well. So make sure you check when reading the product information that you are getting what you want.Happily, this bench is entirely made of cast aluminum. It weighs about 16 lbs. So it is very easy to assemble and carry to where you ultimately wanted to place it. Goes together easily and is very sturdy, The feet are adjustable. Mine is perfectly level so I haven't needed to adjust the feet. It appears to be powder coated rather than just painted. I could be wrong. At any rate, it has a durable finish.I have a chair and table set of the same material and after two years not a touch of rust, even though they'd been covered in snow. They have required no maintenance whatsoever. I expect the same results with this new bench.It is a beautiful looking ornamental bench. However, it is without a doubt the most uncomfortable thing I've ever sat upon. Even with cushions it's uncomfortable.

We received this bench today and it took my husband about 30 minutes to assemble it. In my opinion, this bench looks very elegant, not only because of the obvious design but also because the copper finish is antiqued in gold which is done very tastefully. Since this antiquing does not show on the product page pictures, I was pleasantly surprised.This bench is very sturdy and, since it is made of cast aluminum, it shouldn't rust over time. This doesn't necessarily mean that the antiqued finish will hold up over time to the extreme weather conditions in Illinois. I will update this review after we have had this bench outside for at least a year.I also like this bench because it is not a solid design, meaning that it does obstruct the view behind it. We have placed it on our patio in front of a Hosta garden that is behind it. The bench is still functional seating without hiding the view of the Hosta garden. I should also mention that, since this bench is only 32" wide, it would comfortably seat two people of small to medium build. I have added pictures to show the gold antiquing. The antiquing is subtle so it is not garish, but it does add to the elegance of this bench.Overall, I love this bench. The airy design and the antiquing are very elegant. The bench looks like real metal, and it is lovely, also lightweight.

Needed a small bench on my brick front porch. Not much room as I have a lot of potted plants on the porch which I live having there. Only me will be sitting out there so didn't need it to be big. It IS VERY cute and doesn't take up much space which is all I cared about. I would say it's fine for one adult or 2 children. It is light weight and I think it will be sturdy enough considering it's light weight. I can't say it feels VERY sturdy.For under $100.00 it fits the bill for me so I am happy with this purchase.

The bench is so light I could easily lift it over my head to carry it. It feels much more like plastic than metal. And it already has paint chipping. The width measurements are actually larger than stated on the ad, so it doesn’t fit where I needed it to go.
