They said to try taking out the batteries and putting them back in the remote controller. Turn on the truck, then the controller. It worked for me. **Q: Replacement remote** A: Looking for a replacement remote as well! Did you find one?? **Q: What are the two little green buttons for on the right side of the remote under the toggle that makes the truck go left or right?** A: They put the truck in alignment. If you notice it isn’t going straight anymore, when stopped use those buttons to correct the alignment. **Q: How long does the truck charge last? Can you get 30 minutes of one charge? What about the remote, how often do you need to change the batteries?** A: Why would you even answer if you don’t know? Yes. You can get 30 minutes out of a single charge but that is at the top end. Most kids will drain this thing in 15-20 minutes but by then you will be thankful it needs a recharge.
