Good service Review: Great product. But poor refilling design - I have been using this product for a couple of months daily and it hasn’t failed to impress. Works well. Performance and effectiveness haven’t dropped. Overall a great product. The only downside to this product is the design to refill water. They could have easily provided an opening on the top ( get a bottle or a jug and refill in place). In order to refill the water you need to completely pick the water container up (which is tricky when it has water). Fill it upside down which you need to in a bathroom or dedicated area to avoid spillage.
