It doesn't have an overly lime flavor, it's perfectly balanced in my opinion. I would say it's a low to medium on the spice level. In the grocery store the 5 ounce bottles are with tax 5 to 7 dollars. This bottle contains 64 ounces at less than $25. That is a no-brainer deal, you're getting so much sauce for such a small price. Here's a pro tip, keep your empty Cholula bottles and use a turkey baster or a large syringe you would use to inject seasoning into meat.
