We have been using the off-name brand kind from the local grocery store, but were getting a lot of residual material, cleaning well but falling apart. These are the extra durable kind, and they clean very well. I can't compare to the Mr. Clean normal, not durable, items, but these seem to work well and DO NOT leave much residual droppings like the off-name-brand kinds. They are very thick, and gave me the opportunity to cut these in quarter pieces so I have more of them.
