I find that if I don't have something to keep my mouth closed, I wake myself up either snoring or because my mouth is so dry. I used it with my bose earphones and an eye mask. I slept like a baby and woke up refreshed and ready to go without the jet lag! I don't need it at home. It will stay in my travel drawer to be packed on my carry on.
