I ordered the "Black/Grey 3D - Stretch (Waterless)" and they do have the "accordion" style wrinkles on the top front of the thigh. This design is shown in the pictures and it's an intentional style choice. I'm not crazy about it but it is not a deal breaker for me personally, and for the style I ordered it's definitely not misleading advertising. Literally Everyone else answered "No" probably because their specific style didn't have it, but that's simply not the case for about half of the designs listed here.
