I was hoping for a cheap, quiet, basic video camera that could stream to my phone for checking on my dogs while I'm at work. What I actually got is something that is borderline unusable. I am hoping that I received a defective unit.Let me go through the claims the description makes vs my actual experience:- WiFi Quick And Easy Set Up or Wired Quick Installation. Easy To Setup & Use With IOS/Android APP.It is true that there is an app for this camera, but it is not in the app store. I first tried to scan the QR code, which errored out, so I had to manually go to their website which is mostly in Korean and figure out that the unlabeled icons are actually links to download the app. I then had to authorize the unsigned app on my phone, which is a security risk. The instruction manual is nearly incomprehensible. The screen shots for the PC application did not match the manual, so I just had to guess my way through. After finally getting things installed I tried to use the "quick connect" feature, which plays an ear piercing tone for 90 seconds then fails to connect. Eventually after several rounds of unplugging it and exiting and reopening the software it connected.- Remote Pan 355° And Tilt 120° Control With APP Monitor At Anytime From Anywhere On Your Smart Phone, Tablet Or PC, Use Audio Function To Talk Or Listen With Your Camera. Alerts On Your Mobile Phone When VISECU Cam Detects Motion Or Sound You Can Receive An Aert/Notifications On Your Mobile.Maybe this is true, however I experience constant connection issues with the camera so I would not want to count on this to actually work at any given time.The video quality is acceptable when it does actually connect. This camera must be connected to a power supply, which is fine, but the cord is only a couple of feet long. Based on my experience, I would recommend buying pretty much any other camera. I've attached a photo of the super helpful connection error that I pretty much am constantly getting from the software.

Tried to get this camera to work. No Luck. The Google Play app (V380) was not compatible with a Samsung tablet. Tried to use my Samsung phone. Installed the app. Ran it. Wanted an account and password. provided email address. Link took me to website in China. I can't read chinese. Was unable to register, therefore the app won't proceed. Wasted $40. :-(

Camera works and somewhat easy to setup, however, I didnt get a "cd" in the box with the software, so I have no idea how to install or view this camera from a webpage. Their website is none existent.

Bought it so I can watch and say "Hi!" to my dog while I'm at work. It does exactly what I need it to do. My coworkers think I'm nuts, but none of them have pets. Also, set it up in less than 5 minutes and that includes mounting it to the ceiling!

returned kept corrupting the memory card. I really wish it did work as the replacement (D-link) has no on-board storage.

Item works perfect!! Quality imagen! Great app easy to set up and very accurate move notifications! Totally recommended!!!

if you have normal internet/wifi it will not connect.
