Needs better collapsing instructions. *by A***D on Reviewed in the United States on May 27, 2021* This Tent sells you big on the Pop Up feature. What they don't say is that the tent pops up in one minute the first time out of the bag only. It unfolds to a pretty nice tent. But boy oh boy, when trying to put it down it is the worst tent I ever tried to fold down. It took me over 30 minutes to figure it out. And here is why I say its a "One Time Pop Up Tent." In order to put the tent down, and close it up, you have to detach the bottom half of the tent from the poles. This immediately negates the advertisement of a one minute setup. You will have to reattach the tent back to the poles like any other tent. But the worst part was the instructions to close the tent. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. The legs keep popping back out and the tent keeps opening up. The instructions say hold the top spine, ball up and close the frame. Totally ambiguous instructions right? And like another person said, close it like an umbrella. But here is how to do that. Once you fold the 4 support legs inward, you will have a hexagon shape. Make sure the top of the tent is upright. Now grab two outer legs, or poles, and force them inward. It seems like you may break it, but it will give way and close like an umbrella. Took me an hour total to open, test, and close this tent. I hope the supplier reads this and rewrites the instructions for closing it. After that, you can try to mimic the way it was packed at the factory so that it can once again become.... A Pop Up Tent. I hope this helps anyone who couldn't close this tent on the first try. Happy Camping!!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Terrific tent *by B***E on Reviewed in the United States on June 11, 2021* This is a very good quality tent that's very easy to put up and fold. The materials are durable, strong and waterproof, and if you anchor it properly, it will have no trouble in just about any storm, should you be unlucky enough to be caught in foul weather.I found the materials lightweight and breathable enough to keep the tent cool, even in warm weather. I had the misfortune to be caught in a downpour while sleeping in my tent, and I'm happy to say that there were exactly zero leaks. I found the overall size to be more than ample for two adults with lots of gear. The wide opening makes it easy to get in and out.A lot of other reviews comment on the ease of setting the tent up - and yes, it goes up with ease. Of the minute or so it takes, you'll spend most of your time putting the stakes in the ground. Where the confusion seems to be is taking the tent down and folding it...the instructions aren't the best, and I'd definitely recommend practicing with it in your own backyard before trying it in the wilderness. The good news is that once you figure it out, I'm confident most people will be able to take it down and fold it almost as easily as it goes up. Just expect to take a bit of time the first time you try.Overall, I like this tent a lot - it represents a good blend of quality, materials and value. If you're looking for a great tent at a fair price, this ROCKPALS tent is definitely worth a look. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to setup and fold *by A***T on Reviewed in the United States on June 1, 2021* I needed a portable tent for our weekend outings to parks/beaches so that we can have some shade for our daughter who is just four months old.Pros :1. The material used to make this tent is good. Though I haven't tried it, I am sure it can withstand rain as well and won't leak2. The tent is super easy to set up and fold. It took me literally less than minutes to set it up and the same time to fold it back. You need to hug the tent to be able to put it back inside the cover. However, it wasn't that hard to do it.3. Locking of sticks is very sturdy and requires you to pull back and fold so that it doesn't fold with high wind or anything like that.4. There are two ways to set it up - as a canopy or as a tent. The canopy comes in really handy at beaches.Cons:1. The instructions that come with it are very poorly written. It is just a piece of paper and can be easily mistaken for invoice and stuff. They should include a better instructions booklet.2. Due to poor instructions, it might be an issue for some people to understand the mechanism of the tent.3. The top that needs to be pulled down for securing the tent is a little hard to pull.4. Though it says, it can fit four people. I don't think it can fit four adults.Overall this tent is good for small weekend getaways and shouldn't be used in extreme weather conditions.
