I'm allergic to eggs. Most of the recipes used eggs. I thought vegan meant no eggs.

I can’t hide the love that my girlfriend and I share for vegan burgers!We use to make our own burger once a week, but as lately we started to lack of recipes and inventive.This book gave us 30 more burgers to try out at home, and so far the first ones we tried seem fairly easy to cook, but really really tasty!My partner loves cooking, and loves burger, so now she loves this book, and I do too, cause I love burgers!Great book to have for whoever loves burgers, veganism, and a simple but effective recipe book!

This is a great little recipe book with some tasty alternatives to flesh burgers. I am not a vegetarian but have become more aware of the issues surrounding the eating of animals ?and have reduced my meat consumption tremendously. I have also improved my knowledge of cooking and the myriad of different ingredients available. A bonus for me is the measurement conversion chart too. I think it should be a requirement that all recipe books contain one. Written in a simple concise non-confusing manner. The recipes are easy to follow and the several I have tried have been really good.
