If this is for a bathroom, this primer is perfect and can be top coated with KILZ TRIBUTE (available on Amazon) or another high-quality interior paint. **Q: Does this adhere and work well for laminate kitchen cabinets?** A: I tested this product on laminate that was cleaned and very lightly sanded (320 grit) and on a piece that was cleaned only. As a long as the surface is clean I don’t think the sanding was necessary. **Q: Can i use kilz adhesion as a primer over sheetrock when i am going to tile over? vs sanding the paint and tiling?** A: Depends on where you are doing the tile. If the paint is in good condition just clean it. If it's gloss sand the sheen off then clean it. If it is bare sheetrock then yes it will seal the sheetrock and help prevent moisture penetrating.
